Most financial tools fall into one of two traps. They're either too simple to be useful — a budgeting app that tracks your lattes but can't tell you if you can afford a house — or too complex to actually use, locked behind a financial advisor appointment and a spreadsheet that takes two hours to set up.
Provision exists in the space between. Real financial math, modeled in real time, against your actual numbers. No appointment. No spreadsheet. No judgment.
The word provision means to prepare for the future, to supply what will be needed. That's what we do. We give you the clarity to make decisions with confidence — whether that's a mortgage, a career move, a family decision, or a retirement date.
Provision was built by a solo founder who, from time to time, gets asked by his friends to model out various scenarios. He noticed that there wasn't a good tool available that could help others with questions that have deterministic answers — questions like: Can I actually afford this house? Am I on track to retire when I want? Am I leaving tax savings on the table? These are math problems. Everyone deserves the answer.
