To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on our projections or outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate.
